7-Day Return Window: We offer hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
1. Return Eligibility
A product is eligible for return if:
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- The product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered
Non-Returnable Items: Products that have been used, washed, altered, or are missing original tags/packaging cannot be returned.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Share Details — Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged/defective).

Return Pickup — We will arrange a pickup from your address within 2-3 business days after approval.

Refund Processed — Once we receive and inspect the product, refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days.
3. Refund Methods
- Online Payments (Razorpay): Refund to original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Bank Transfer: If original payment method is unavailable, refund via NEFT/IMPS within 7-10 business days.
4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size or color issues (subject to availability). Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange. Exchange shipping charges may apply.
5. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
- Contact us immediately with photos/video of the product
- We will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or full refund
- No return shipping charges will be applicable in such cases
